Commission process
1. Inquiry consultation and reviewing the project brief
2. First payment (if using a 50/50 split payment) or 100% upfront payment
3. Begin the initial sketch
4. Review of the initial sketch and revisions (if necessary)
5. Begin the refined sketch
6. Review of the refined sketch and revisions (if necessary)
7. Line art / Scanning
8. Digital editing
9. Review of the digitally edited artwork and very minor revisions(if necessary)
10. Final payment (if using a 50/50 split payment)
11. Delivery of the final artwork files
12. Project completion

Workflow
Initial sketch → Refined sketch → Line work (inking) → Scan → Digital edit (Photoshop) → Finish
- Initial sketch stage: I will provide 3-4 of drafts for you to choose from. You can select one and request revisions as needed.
- Refined sketch stage: Based on the chosen initial sketch draft, I will create a refined sketch. You can request changes to the shapes/positions of elements at this stage. And then I proceed with the line work and scan it.
- Digital edit stage: After completing the digital editing in Photoshop, I will share the final version. You can request very minor revisions at this stage as well.
* I offer 4 revisions in total, and you can request revisions during initial sketch / refined sketch / final stage. Please note that I do not provide unlimited revisions.

bASIC Commission Terms
* I accept payments via PayPal and Bank transfer. Accepting payment in USD($).
* Communication Terms: The Client agrees to provide clear feedback and communication within 1-5 business days of receiving communications from the Artist.
* I do not use A.I. in my artworks and no A.I. will be used in the art. And a client agrees that the artwork will not be used for NFTs or any kind of A.I. training.
* Artwork will be charged per print and/or design. The total cost, commercial fees, and licensing usage will be discussed and agreed upon upfront. No work will begin until these agreements and payment(s) are made. Artwork for other merchandise will be priced on a case-by-case basis, depending on what you are looking for and the quantity of designs.
* I have the right to use my commission art works for self-promotion. Please credit me as 'Cho-hyun Kim (IG @nong247)' and tag my page while you post any of my designs on instagram or website.
